We’re excited to announce a special bounty program for all professional electricians and EV charger installers! If you have experience with Vestel EV chargers and know how to access the back office (web configuration interface) of the devices described in the attached manual, we want to hear from you.
Despite following the official installation guide for the Vestel EVC04 series, we have been unable to access the backoffice or web configuration interface using the information provided in the documentation. Now, we’re turning to the expertise of the installer community to help us find a working solution.
What’s the Challenge?
Objective: Help us successfully access the backoffice (web configuration interface) of the Vestel EVC04 charger as described in the official installation manual .
Reward: €300 for the first person who provides a working solution.
Who Can Participate: Electricians, certified EV charger installers, or anyone with hands-on experience with Vestel EVC04 chargers.
What Do You Need to Do?
Review the Problem: We have followed all steps in the official Vestel EVC04 installation guide, including connecting via Ethernet, enabling the web configuration interface using the DIP switches, and attempting to log in with the credentials from the label, but we still cannot access the backoffice.
Share Your Solution: If you know a reliable method to access the backoffice (web configuration interface) of the Vestel EVC04 charger, send us a detailed step-by-step guide or explanation.
Verification: We will test your method. If it works and allows us to access the backoffice, you will receive the €300 reward.
