Advanced Subscription Agreement (ASA) Details

  • Loan Amount: Minimum investment of £20,000 with a total goal of £350,000.

  • £120k/£350 committed

  • Interest: The loan does not bear interest.

  • Conversion: The loan will convert into shares of GoPlugable during a Qualifying Financing Round or at the Maturity Date if no such round is conducted.

  • Discount: Investors will receive a 20% discount on the regular share price during a Qualifying Financing Round.

  • EIS/SEIS :Application approved
